The Leap

It is difficult to make time to right write.

Am I write right?

I mean, you've got that 9 to 5, then you go to school at night, and you've got kids or dogs, or a parent or grandparent you have to take care of, and a side job when you need extra cash... the list goes on. And on. And on. And on.

We've all got busy lives like that, right? Well, most of us (as in 90%-ish probably) do, I believe. I'm typing from my work computer as I write this. Shame on me, I know, but I've got a little down time, and I'm trying to use it productively, because writing is important, isn't it?

Yes, it is.

Time is always moving forward and so far, there is nothing humans can do about that. We've been able to disguise the effects of time with plastic surgery and such, but that does not stop time. Time is not waiting on you to get your life together.

Consider this the prologue to a long journey, the very beginning of a blog. I'm way behind with a lot to say, but it is never too late to start. It is never too late, so I'm making my leap.

Mildly impulsive, and most recently, recklessly motivated, I find this quote by Kobi Yamada quite inspiring:

If you aren't spending everyday doing something you love, then you're only half awake. Follow your heart. Be lead by your passion.
